"The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. And the staff was very nice. I was a little surprised that out in Dearborn, I still had to pay $10 a night for parking."

"The location was excellent for the Ford museum and village. There was a lot of late night activity and a lot of young children. You could hear everything in the hall at two o’clock in the morning due to large gaps under the door from the room to the hall. It was definitely a busy hotel full of young loud guests."

"Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"

"My family and I experienced a sleepless night during our stay Saturday July 11, 2026, as a result of the lack of adequate bed space. Although we needed 1 Room for 5 Guests, ages 8 and up, the Marriott Select a Room screen offers a room with bedspace only 4 guests. I reserved the room believing that a rollaway bed would be provided along with 2 queen beds. This proved not true. I asked the Asst manager for another room or for a rollaway bed and she insisted there was nothing she could do to...

"was an alright stop after a previously terrible stay at a different hotel. the room was clean. though they could not figure out the reservation and needed me to cancel and rebook it. the property was nice though their one real amenity the pool was closed."

Pillows and bed uncomfortable, bath tub slippy and danger when use shampoo, breakfast limited and simple, asking for extra pillows said do not have it has to be in the next morning which i have to check out and leave, they are so quickly to pull money from your account thats best they can do.also got extra charge than supposed to pay as expedia mentioned for reservation asked them why they said i do not know thats what have to pay i...
