"This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

"The hotel is clean and centrally located to a variety of restaurants and short drive to GreenField Village. There is off street parking for guest and close to the entrance. Breakfast is fairly tasty with eggs, potatoes, cereal, waffles etc. Front desk staff are nice. David was especially helpful. However, as I was leaving my room for the day around 11am, I asked the housekeeper in the hallway by my room for more towels. She told me to ask the front desk instead.
