"Had a good selection of breakfast. Only thing with breakfast was the water for tea and chocolate was not kept hot. Front staff was usually not at the front but tucked away in one of the pods at the business center area or sitting at a table in the back corner. When we arrived 3 of us used the toilet and there was a water leak where the toilet and floor met. I went down a half a hour after we arrived, reported it to the desk agent. I messaged again at 8 pm that maintenance did not come to...

"When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave...
