"This property was ideal for our weekend family get together. Even though the weather outside was less than perfect, we enjoyed all of the amenities that this home has to offer. Very clean, wonderful updates, and spacious. Jeff and Patty are super hosts and quickly responded to our questions. "

"We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that...

"The property was clean and smelled so good! David replied quickly to our questions. You can tell the house is older, but has been updated and so cute. Beds were comfortable. If we come back to town, we'll definitely stay there!"

"The creek was very nice. Screened in back porch had view of creek which was fun. We also hung out on front porch a lot. The birds sang a lot and trees were pretty. Our host was always available for questions"

The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several sunrise/sunset tours at local places but honestly our favorite crane moments were from this house. aside from the cranes, the house itself is amazing--comfortable, clean, cozy fireplace, has...

"Perfect place for our weekend stay"

"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. "Super cute property! Was very clean, provided all the essentials and then some. Location was centrally located with easy access to Hwy 281. Host was attentive and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again! "
