The check-in process was very easy. When we arrived she had goodies on the counter (great touch after traveling)! She also had very clear check-in and check-out rules in every bedroom and in the main living areas. All the beds and seating areas were very comfortable! She even provided a garage door opener...

"Amazingly clean townhouse with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Sunrises and sunsets were both beautiful from the front and back decks. It was great having 3 full and another 1/2 bath. Well stocked kitchen. Beach access close by with a 4x4. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location for going to the things we wanted to do. There were a couple of hiccups that did not impact our stay that we told the owner about and they were very quick to respond. The major hiccup was that the shower in the main bedroom doesn't get very warm even when turned all the way to hot. We made the owner aware of this and they'll check it out. We used the hall shower and it was fine. The only other little thing we noticed that didn't impact our stay...

"the pros: One of the first floor bedrooms had an attached handicap accessible bathroom which made it easy for our elderly family member to safely take a shower. The living room had a large sectional couch for comfortable seating. The family room had 2 couches so there was plenty of seating there too.
