"Did not like that in order to check in you have to enter the property through a secured gate with no access code. Had to sit in front of the gate while calling the reservation desk which took way too long in 110 degrees"

"This was the perfect weekend getaway. We had so much fun floating in the lazy river. The house had room enough for all 10 of us. The game room was the perfect way to spend our evenings laughing and making memories."

"It exceeded my expectations. The room was big, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The balcony was large and nice. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms and there was an extra half bath off from the kitchen. Pools were nice. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was fine; quiet, roomy, everything worked and it was a well stocked studio with a Mountain View. Front desk staff—- no bueno. Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp....

"One of the best get aways we have had. Loved the decor, very classy especially the vintage touches. I wish I had taken some photos. Loved the pool and used it both days we were there. They left a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses in the refrigerator for us to find when we arrived. Robert had emailed directions and the gate and door codes so we had immediate access when we arrived.
