"Room was very clean, spacious, wonderful view. Pool and gym was nice. There are many walkable food and entertainment options. The Niagara state park is next door and the entrance to rainbow bridge. You can just walk across to canadian side to Clifton Hill of course with a passport. "

"I love a boutique hotel and loved everything only exception wished the beds mattress was a little firmer clean room staff easily accessible and communication was very good well lit hallways love the idea of complimentary breakfast wished the restaurant had a chef on staff in the morning for other options of breakfast getting around was very easy literally a 10min walk to National Park and Niagara Casino "

"Warren and the other staff members were amazing and very helpful. The best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. People were always cleaning. Liked that it had a bar and some choices for bar food. Wish the area around the hotel was kept up better, but that is not the hotels responsibility. 7 minute walk to Niagara Falls."

"My traveling companions and myself felt this was a beautiful hotel- close to walking to the casino which had several restaurants and the Falls about 10 blocks away. Very walkable and we are in our 70’s! Not a busy part of town in the fall time!"

"Everything is good "

"This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Niagara. It is right outside of the park. You can park your vehicle and not have to get back in it until time to leave. "

"Very outdated property, but clean and decent for smb who’s coming explore the area and needs just the place to sleep. "

"The Nottingham Suite was lovely. It is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. We were able to see the NY rapids from this room (directly across the street). The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. In addition, the Red Coach Inn is located within walking distance to most attractions - and they have on-site parking. Having a made-to-order breakfast each morning was wonderful. "

"You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again."

"The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort."
