"Really nice hotel in an ideal position for exploring Harrogate. Choice of food available was very good and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The only downsides were the scaffolding around the building and that the council decided to re-surface the road last night. "

"Weekend away and our second stay. A nice hotel well situated in Harrogate, the only flaw being the breakfast service which can be described as chaotic at best. Only 2 visible staff members who struggled to clear tables, no pastries, and the bread ran out for toast and keep the service going and this was while the hotel was fully booked over a bank holiday weekend. "

"We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again."

"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on. The communal...

"Really Loved the Garden room, staff were very friendly and super helpful, our room was a lovely size (few scuffs on the walls here and there) it was very clean and it had everything you could ask for. The Restaurants temperature was a bit cool and so too the bar but nice all the same. I thought the parking charge was a bit pricey to be honest, but at least there was parking. All in all we really had a lovely time and would go again."
