"It was so close to the airport and I like the shuttle to and from the airport so convenient!!"

"Our room was very dirty and had signs of bed bugs. The next morning we had no water so we couldn't shower, brush our teeth or use the bathroom. Hotel offered free shuttle to airport, when we landed and called to come back they said the shuttle was down and told us to find our own transportation. When we got back they offered no compensation for any of the stay and lack of water and transportation."

"The facility was clean and beautiful. The hotel has the look and feel of a well maintained 5-star hotel. The kitchen and bar area definitely resemble a typical downtown hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our family breakfast there. The exercise room exceeded our expectations. We visit Media often to spend time with our family and this will our go to hotel. Looking forward to many more stays here."

"Pros: Property is very nice, it’s a beautiful hotel , could be a great getaway for couples. HUGE plus it’s dog friendly. Amazing. Car service offer is a nice touch. Breakfast is very good too, great options. Cons: Front desk is lacking training,knowledge at least the ones we encountered with. Housekeeping is terrible. Room is not very clean- esp showers. Gross. Even after they apparently made the room. It’s half way done. Nothing is replaced either: like tea, or body lotion. Definitely needs...

"We arrived late and needed to leave early and the staff set up coffee/tea at 4:15am so we would have some. Very very helpful and great clean cozy rooms. Wish we’d had more time to be there!"

"Central location and helpful staff. Facility is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of nights stay in Philadelphia. Having an attached parking was great although not cheap, but yet it is the center of town."

"Very elegant in appearance entering the lobby. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast buffet was good, had an omelet bar, but lacked certain staples(ie. Bacon, biscuits and gravy). Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would stay again."
