"The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy."

They "upgraded" us but it was more of a downgrade-- they gave us a room detached from the hotel called Car Park 1. It is actually unsafe as I was able to unlock the safety chain from the outside of the door and let myself in - we put a chair underneath the handle each night. The shower/tub was a deathtrap. "Staff were excellent,place was decent room where clean bathroom needed a lil scrub but everything else was good amd its in a good area with a grocery across the road"

"Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"This is my go to Hotel every time I’m in London - it’s so well equipped, so easy to access on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and really handy bing close to Westfield Stratford is really starting to buzz with a lot of cultural options that weren’t there a few years ago the hotel has fantastic amenities and a great restaurant bar. The Japanese restaurant in the building is stratford’s best kept secret. The staff are always so attentive and friendly."
