"The room was comfortable and clean. With the heat wave going on, it was great to have air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to the town centre and local transportation. The staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either."

"it was fine but bed very small"

"We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay."

"We have stayed here a couple of times , they go above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay, they also include an excellent breakfast plus another nice touch is the tipple in the room ,"

"We chose this hotel/pub as it was close to the Bombay Sapphire distillery, I think most people staying were there for the same thing. We were not too sure what to expect as their communication has been awful, I emailed several times over the last few months and had no response at all. I had emailed and asked for an inside room after reading several reviews saying that the outside stable rooms were dark and dingy; needless to say when we arrived we were booked into an outside room! "Good size room with everything you need, really good breakfast"

"Comfy stay and very well-located with a fabulous breakfast - will be back!"

"Hacía mucho calor y solo un ventilador pequeño había."

"A wonderful hotel with serene green spaces in a royal atmosphere. I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. Simply unbelievably helpful and way beyond my expectations. My wife and kid had a great time in the gardens. I highly recommend this place if you´re out to get some relaxation."

Desayuno espectacular."
