"This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly."

"We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight.
