"Front desk associate was amazing! Wish I caught her name!! Property was quiet and room was great. Only issue was the shower!!! I was in a handicapped room apparently and the shower leaked all out the floor!! I slipped and fell because I had no idea water was all over the tile and into the doorway! So bizarre to have a shower where water drains OUT of the stall! Plus no way to actually shower without the handheld spraying the wall! Oh well. Glad I will try again at home tonight! Others than that...

"What a nice place. There was small amounts of wear and tear but very clean and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake and pool was clean. Outside was clean and everything is landscape was well taken care of. Breakfast was good and a big plus."

"Wonderful property. Great pool. Love the noon check out. Huge room with comfy couch and comfy King bed. Good, full breakfast included. Super friendly staff and great prices. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Conway! "

"Great hotel and room was cozy and clean. The only drawback was the noise level on the street outside. We were on the third floor and could hear partying and engines reving late into the night. I would take this into consideration before booking here again. However we love Marriott Courtyards! Also all the elevators leading from the parking garage to the hotel were broken when we got back Friday night. One was working Saturday morning when we checked out. "

"The element is a brand new hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable! The pillows and comforter are nice and fluffy! The windows have a blackout shade and the A/C is cold! I slept like a baby! The bathrooms are nice and the toiletry products smell great! The rooms are nice and quiet! I love that the tvs have streaming options! You can really make yourself at home here! "

"This is establishment is good for the that you spent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and they wouldn’t give us any linens after 6 o’clock, which was odd but overall it is a good stay.."
