"Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. "

"Conveniently located hotel and there was some nice food locations nearby!! I will say there was a lot of traffic noise and there was distinct homeless presence. The staff were super nice!"

"The location is convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Definitely figure out where free parking is located before going. The valet parking is charged every time you need your car, not by the day like the website says. We were there only one night and got charged $66 for valet parking. That was the only negative about the place."

"We were very happy with everything except the sofa in the room, which was significantly broken down in the middle, so broken down that when sitting on it, it caused you to lean to the center. "

"The sofa in the room was old. We didn't even want to sit on it and didn't. I've seen better at Goodwill. Needs update on sofa and replace carpet with flooring. Panel on a/c unit hanging off. I saw more dogs than people,HUGE ones. Some rooms should exclude pets. You can't get rid of the smell. The bed was comfortable was the best of the stay. I won't go back."
