"The hotel is in a great location and right across the road from the beach. The hotel provides complimentary beach chairs and towels so it made it very easy to have a fun day at the beach. "Perfect location for everything. 5 min walk to the beach via 4th street. 4 min walk to CVS and Walgreen across the street. 20 min bus or under $20 rides to downtown. The room and the communal area are all clean. The room is also pretty comfortable and spacious for two people. Front desk is 9-4 but they always responded promptly via chat in Expedia. Appreciate it."

"What an amazing property! My spouse and I came for his birthday celebration and we had a time of our life. The hotel was in a convenient area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is absolutely gorgeous, very well designed. The staff was extremely friendly and took care of everything we needed. Definitely 10/10."

"We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable.
