Michelle Sylvia Luxury collection rental home of Cape Cod. On the beach! Stunning beachfront property on 1.21 acres of manicured rolling lawn. The house is approximately 4,000 square feet of living space, all done up, there is granite, hardwood and glass. Sweeping ocean views from all south facing rooms. Large gourmet kitchen [ with 2 refrigerators] opens to fabulous ocean view dining room overlooking the ocean. Spacious and gracious living room with large TV and opening to reading/game alcove with spectacular ocean views as well as flat screen TV. There is a total of seven bedrooms in the main home and the cottage has a king bed and a full bath. (Window air unit in cottage). Private association tennis courts are a short stroll away. This home rents Saturday to Saturday only and pets are not allowed. Parking for 5 cars max only. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. A 2-week stay is $17,500 a week. PLEASE Note Before Booking: The homeowner kindly requests that you provide a little information about your family and confirm that your party consists of 12 people or fewer. Thank you!
HOME amenities outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay.

This home is nestled right on a private beach and it couldn’t be more accommodating for family! We loved staying here. The views of the ocean and landscaping are so beautiful. The back patio is very relaxing! Two refrigerators in the kitchen was perfect for all our groceries. I especially loved that the dining room area fit us all around the table. This home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the cottage was a plus. This definitely is a spacious home with true New England beach charm! The owners take impeccable care of this property, they are so incredibly nice and accommodating! Michelle Sylvia made the rental process easy and trustworthy and the home looked exactly as pictured and even better! This home was close to everything we needed, grocery store, great restaurants, downtown shopping and exploring. We’re grateful to have made great family memories here and we look forward to our stay next year!

Two weeks in this beautiful home and property wasn't enough. The beach is wonderful! It was great having 3 king rooms with ocean front views. It was fantastic having a mid stay cleaning! We also really enjoyed access to the association tennis court. The owners are very friendly, giving us a nice history of the property. Michelle was readily available for any questions that came up. This is a property not to be missed!

This is a perfect spot for a family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone, and in an excellent location. Right on the beach and close to the grocery store and activities in Hyannis. We will return.

Well appointed property with thoughtful layout maximizing second floor with three (3) king oceanfront rooms on the second floor with an additional two(2) queen rooms both with sitting areas. En Suites in all 2nd floor rooms except the middle oceanfront, but has a full day head so unless allowing others access to second floor a non issue. First floor had a queen room and single room, which you were able to isolate with privacy hallway doors should 1st floor guests go down early or afternoon nap. Grounds were manicured and meticulously maintained. Plenty of sitting areas and nooks for privacy, but also tremendous dining area for the masses. The cottage was a nice touch as we had traveling guests visiting which would accommodate and an easy turnover. Owners reside at residence outside of rental season and the care and love of property definitely shows as well as their hands on approach on check-in and check-out which was comforting on knowing any quirks that you would expect with a historic property. Communication from leasing agent and property manager was; clear, concise, and seamless. Although no issues arises felt comfortable that should they have, would have been addressed immediately. This home was absolutely beautiful! The views of the beach and ocean were amazing and the gardens around the house were lovely as well! The house was very clean and well stocked. Michelle Sylvia, the realtor, was extremely helpful! During our stay, my father-in-law fell and injured himself. Michelle somehow managed to help us locate a fantastic health care aide to assist him during the week. Thank you to the owners and Michelle for setting us up for a lovely family vacation!

Kitchen was found to be well stocked for all sorts of dishes and trays once we navigated through all the abundance of cabinets. 🤗 We all enjoyed a wonderful beach vacation! 🧘🏻‍♀️🏸. 🏊‍♀️🏄🏻‍♀️🤽🏼‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️⛱🎇 Please tell Al that the cleaning crew has been missing the master bathroom shower soap dish multiple times.
