"Everything was nice on our trip until the last few hours of our stay.. We got told that we couldn’t toss around a water football and we weren’t splashing or bothering anyone. That was very odd as they allow floats and rough housing by other families… Don’t know if I would book here again as I thought it was family oriented and don’t understand the concept of allowing certain things in the pool and not others like a small water ball….."

"The room here served it's purpose, a place to sleep before a early morning flight out after returning from a cruise that sailed out of Putero Rico. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was amazingly good, but a bit pricey for what it is. The best thing about this hotel is you literally roll out of bed and roll right into the airport terminal. Would stay...

"The location is a restaurant first, public beach second and a hotel third. The free parking is very limited and hotel staff will lie and say you can park outside the hotel when you will get a parking ticket and they won’t take responsibility."

"The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk. However, they have a sign to reach them directly thru WhatsApp and they are very responsive when you send them...
