They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. "The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!"

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. "was wonderful. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could need, and in a beautiful area. We love the quiet, the comfort, and the very responsive owner. Already thinking about visiting again soon. Highly recommended!"

"This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team. "

"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!"

"This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. "
