"We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! "

"Such a nice space! Very comfy. We extended an additional night just to hang out. Nice kitchen. Great bedding and bed. Quiet. Nice hot tub. Good grilling space… we didn’t use the grill but I would have if tjer longer. "

"This place was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has a nice laundry room just steps away in a beautiful courtyard. The area was safe and very quiet. As added bonus, it's a very short walk to downtown area. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall a great stay for a group of 8 male friends, 5 nights. There was a lot of room and amenities like the pool, firepit and hot tub. The place was clean and comfortable. Moab are was amazing!I’d encourage the property owner to put a little money back in - there are some wobbly chairs, rug stains and kitchen items all mismatched. "

"Outstanding rental home in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable and quiet. All features as described and expected. Close enough to the conveniences of the town but pleasantly separated from the crowds. House rules clearly articulated and simple check-in at arrival. Highly recommended. "

"The house as a whole is beautiful and beyond our expectations. There were some kitchen cleanliness issues. I spoke with the owner and we resolved them quickly. My only thought is for a house that sleeps so many, it was difficult to cook in small pans to feed the amount of people we had. To make spaghetti i had to boil water in 4 small pots to make 4 lbs of pasta. Leaving no pots or burners to make sauce... it would be helpful to offer large pots for larger groups. Otherwise this location is...
