The Space:

“Jan’s Joy” is family and pet friendly and offers 1,600 square feet of gracious living space for up to 8 people. You’ll relish the Southwest décor and handsome furniture. Every room has upgrade cellular blinds that can slide down from the top to reveal picturesque views of the La Sal Mountains and the west rim of the Moab Valley, while still affording you ultimate privacy.



The Great Room features tall vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace, and 32”flat-screen TV/DVD. Spread out on the comfortable sleeper sofa and loveseat, or enjoy a hearty meal at the big dining table that seats six. A wide snack bar w/ 4 stools provides additional dining space. The fully equipped kitchen has a smooth-top electric range and built-in microwave. The laundry room w/heavy-duty washer and dryer has a convenient interior door into the double garage, where you can safely store your vehicles and equipment.



The romantic Master bedroom features a gas log fireplace, a King Bed with sumptuous velvet bedspread in rich hues of orange, purple and green, plus large framed prints of “The Hare” and “The Fox” by Salt Lake City artist Galina Perova. The spacious en suite bathroom and dressing area has a dual vanity with wall-size mirror, a roman-style shower, a private lavatory room, and a walk-in closet.



The hall bathroom provides a luxurious jetted tub/shower and is just steps from the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom provides a comfortable King bed, 20” TV, and west-facing window. Geometric designs of Native Americana are portrayed in both wall art and the bedspread. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, with double bed on the bottom, to provide sleeping for three rambunctious buckaroos. This western-theme room has fun cow-motif lamps and large photo prints of Dead Horse Point and Delicate Arch.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.



Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.



Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
