"The night representative at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I had a taxi reservation arranged through the hotel; however, my flight was cancelled due to a strike at FCO Airport. I called the front desk at approximately 4:45 a.m., but no one answered, so I went downstairs to inform the staff that I needed to cancel the reservation. On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming.
