"We had one night in Naples before moving onto Sorrento and were arriving around midnight. I checked in online as requested a few days before and was sent instructions on how to find the location, keys and room from Caterina. It all worked fine on arrival and we dropped our bags and went out for a drink. Naples is still busy after midnight and lots of bars were open just down the road. "The room was beautiful and the balcony too. It was a great experience. The location isn’t exactly ideal if you’re planning on walking a lot but if you like walking or use another form of transportation not bad at all. Close to mount Vesuvius. Located in Ercolano. Southeast of Naples. "

"We had an amazing stay. This place is a small family run hotel and they made us feel so welcome. The pool area is great with lots of lounging options. Our room was great with everything we needed. Area is close to restaurants but off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. "

"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, so this unit would not suit anyone with mobility concerns. "

"Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. "We adored our spacious, clean, comfortable home away from home in the small and friendly town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, near Sorrento. Maria and Giovanno could not have been more charming, helpful, and welcoming! We ate several delicious meals in tiny Sant'Agata; in particular Ristorante Lo Stuzzichino (perfect dishes, great ambience, and multi generational family in the kitchen!) and the delightful Tutt'Appost- Enoteca Wine Bar, which served us some fabulous meat dishes and outstanding wines...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cubo Apartments, the family who run the Aparthotel are so lovely and welcoming. When we arrived we were treated to welcome drinks which was so appreciated as we‘d had a long drive from Rome. I also have to mention breakfast, which was superb!! Every morning we were given an array of croissants, pastries and fruit and then were offered freshly cooked omelettes (you could chose other eggs but they were sooo good) and fresh tomatoes picked from the families garden....
