"I had an absolutely terrible experience staying here. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable — there were roaches in the room, which is something no guest should ever have to deal with. I immediately notified management, but they said they had no cleaners available and no other rooms to move us to. They told us they would provide a new room in the morning, but that never happened. To make matters worse, the blankets and towels were visibly dirty, which made it feel like nothing had been...

"Luz at the reception was super friendly and helpful. We love the very convenient location. We didn’t like the shower…hopefully something will be done about it. Miami is very hot so after a long day guests wanna take a good shower to freshen up and the shower we got was so bad. So little water comes out of it."

"Although the Hilton was a pretty nice hotel and might I say quite cozy and spacious , the cleaning service definitely needs improvement . I had to request my room to be cleaned to the point I felt almost rude about doing so . Granted , they list in the bathroom that they do stop by every couple of days they still should be attentive to every room. Thank you for the free waters everything was very appreciative! "

"Our experience at the 33rd St location was mixed. On the positive side, the staff here was helpful, respectful, and much more professional compared to the other location. They were willing to assist and communicate, which we appreciated. However, the condition of the property did not meet basic expectations. "Is ok but other Holiday Inn are much betters . The building have only one elevator because the other is not working and I was at the Third floor and the only one available broke and had to use the stairs. Breakfast is ok to resolve and the rooms very clean but not much supplies like in other Holidays Inn, in few words it is ok to resolve "

"Clean location. Small food offering at the bar were very good and the bartender was friendly and made a world class mojito! Room was well maintained. Only one downfall and not the hotels issue….a large party was held in the lobby on Friday evening making parking very challenging, but staff accommodated by providing space under the canopy. Solid stay and would return."
