"Nice hotel overall. There is a inconvenient lack of electrical outlets in the room. The hallway near our room smelled faintly like a nursing home. The only water dispenser for water bottles was broken. The lack of a hotel shuttle from the airport was a disappointing inconvenience. The dining staff and food were great. We ate there 3 times. The front desk staff was professional and friendly."

"We have stayed here many times. This last time was horrible. The cooler said 61, but the room was hot and they do not have fans to use in the room. I'm pretty sure the people above us had 25 people in the room as they stomped around all night. My son did not sleep at all due to the people above us. The floors were dirty. I walked from the bathroom to the bed after I showered and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. The homeless are also taking over the area. Horrible experience this time."

"I really wanted to like this stay because of the reviews/price. It was really difficult to get parking daily as well as effective room servicing. When I checked in it took 40 minutes with about 30-40 people in line. I wanted to shower and found there was only shampoo, no conditioner or shower gel. I called to have refilled but they didn’t do it. The amenities are good but they are very packed. You can hear your neighbors and their kids (good for families, maybe not so for a lovers retreat). The rooms were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The lobby and restaurants looked very upscale. The pool area was wonderful. The pool was huge and they did a great job maintaining the area (lights all around, very island feel to the pool area). The staff was extremely helpful when we needed more washcloths. ...

"Rooms have Feng Shui vibes. Bright, cheery modern. The staff is the nicest, most helpful. Lobby has 99.9% of the incidentals you may have left at home. The 1-star less is just because if no box of tissues or laundry bag in the room, and breakfast was missing a protein. Generosity and service greatly appreciated."
