"Even though we needed the shuttle at 11:45 PM (it stopped at 12) - they still sent someone for us! 🙌 Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion. Beds were comfy and Breakfast was delish!! "

"Our room was fairly clean, booked a suite with king bed. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen utensils like knives could barely cut through our food. The most disappointing was that during our entire 5 day stay, we had requested for room service and did not get one. They apparently only do room service every other day. They compted us 2 days of parking even though it was incredibly hard to park at this place. You cant even get in or out of your car without either...

"My wife and I are both allergic to dust. The property is in the process of rehab, and there is dust everywhere. People should be notified before reservations are made. The bed was very hard and uncomfotable. The paper products are awful. The staff was excellent"

"Staff was very nice and helpful. The property could use some TLC. The chair cushions were old and grimy, and the faux leather was peeling in the rooms and in the lobby. The bathroom mirror in the room had corrosion, and the desk and dresser were severely chipped. However, the beds were clean and it was quiet during our stay. We were also not very fond of the daily parking fee, as it felt a little high. "

"The location of this property was very scenic with the bay directly across from it, The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was in the tower building which was nice but the rooms, though clean, were outdated and could use some refurbishing. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."
