rooms, however did not leave clean towels, did not change out dirty classes or empty ice bin. Again, I could understand some of this but not for the price. We paid $597 for a 2 night stay and this is what we received. This is not an area that warrants $600 rooms for a weekend, nor...

"I had a two night stay. I had a problem with the toilet being wobbly and sewer smell. They were not able to move my room as they were totally booked for the first night. The contractor wasn’t scheduled to come in until 3 days later. They were able to move my room for the next night. The hotel did not charge me for my room."

"Overall ambiance of the property was fine but if you have any problems then good luck at this place.
We checked in late around 10pm, as we entered the room there was bad smell and bathroom door was broken. The front desk refused to anything about it… they did not change our room, nor send someone to look at it. I thought next morning someone will come but no one came so we finally checkout and found another hotel
Terrible experience - if anything goes wrong, they don’t take care of it"

"The lobby and entrance way were very nice and clean The hotel was great if you're seeing an event like we were at the PPG Arena But the room was dated old and very dirty. It had a smell when we first got there like weed and justice wasn't clean or and was rundown.
