"The views and location of the property were amazing. The layout of the house facilitated the needs of our multi-generational family visit. The kitchen and dinning table worked great as we had a private chef prepared dinner one evening. As far as the home itself, the wear and tear is extremely noticeable and needs some attention. Cleanliness was not up to par for the price point. All that said- our family had a great time and the property accommodated our large group. "

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. "
