Perched above Highway 28, our home enjoys sweeping panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. We believe in setting honest expectations—because of this elevated location, you will hear some traffic from the highway below. Like many homes with exceptional views, it’s simply part of the setting, and most of our guests feel the breathtaking scenery and convenient location are well worth the tradeoff.

Tahoe Tranquility is professionally cleaned between every stay using EPA-registered disinfectants that exceed CDC and VRBO cleaning recommendations, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

• This home is not childproof. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
A separate caretaker apartment occupies the lower level and has its own completely private entrance. It does not share your indoor living spaces, parking area, or outdoor deck, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy during their stay.

Please Note: Nightly rates include up to 6 guests. Additional guest fees apply for guests 7–10.
• Nightly rates generally range from $495–$695, depending on season, holidays, and occupancy
• 12% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax
• Refundable $2,500 Property Damage Deposit following a satisfactory post-departure inspection
