Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel

Hotel was great, clean, professional staff. The only issue I had was on check out when I discovered a £6.70 (12.5%) service charge for 2 meals and 2 drinks in the restaurant as I had charged it to my room.

Complained about the air con ticking constantly in our room (720) for the guy behind the reception to laugh at me. He stood there like he wasn’t going to do anything.
