"What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"

"Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. "Hotel Flori is based just outside of Como. It's a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi ride, however taxis are few and far between in Como! The hotel itself is on a main road and the first room we were given was very noisy, however the guest relations manager Mattia was excellent in moving us (My 80 year old Mother and myself) to a quieter room. The hotel itself is fine, it could do with a little refresh in places, particularly communal areas like stair carpeting, wobbly tables etc.

"This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!).
Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable.

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edy in Lake Como. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated.
