"Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen....

"We needed a break and our trip provided just that. The house , in a great location , provided everything we could possibly need. We loved spending time in the garden and the pool which despite being unheated had a temperature of 22degree in April. Communications with the owner as well as the caretaker were brilliant - even checking we were OK when Spain experienced a 12 hour power cut. Thank you so much Nicky for getting everything so well prepared for us - our kids were relieved to find...

"El lugar es idóneo y lo único cuidado es la piscina, en el resto es deficiciente, la cocina está a falta de lavavajillas o en su defecto agua caliente, hay tuberías que no se usan sin tapar por donde sale un olor horrible, la iluminación exterior no funciona,, no hay cama de matrimonio, sólo individuales y la parcela exterior está descuidada, las plantas crecen a su antojo sin control y la puerta exterior no cierra. Con una inversión pequeña todos los años sería una casa fantástica."
