"PROS:
- The deluxe bungalow is spacious, has a large bed, it has a small fridge- ideal, a decked area, large shower room, with separate toilet - all pluses!
- The restaurant staff are brilliant; Monty, Liton, Cielo, Alicia and another lovely lady who's name I didn't catch, and the chap who served us a lot who why do you always order that same thing lol are so lovely and super welcoming.
- The food has definitely improved since we last stayed - the pizzas are delicious!

"I booked this room on short notice and was very pleased with cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and quiet, homey, neighborhood atmosphere. It was also very conveniently located close to the Venice airport (VCE)."

"Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!"

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms.
The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air
Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...
