"Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. "Everything great from arrival to check-out. After our smooth, friendly welcome we were taken to our lovely spacious premium suite room. As well as enjoying the most comfortable bed and softest fluffy towels we were able to look out on the beautiful gardens and pool area from our large balcony. The staff here are remarkable - every one has a smile for you, they combine efficiency with a warm comforting style from management to gardeners. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of tasty foods...

"Hotel maintained their excellent standards, were attentative and supportive with our needs. The roof top swimming pool, sauna and steam room was really relaxing at the end of the day and the views were great. Great choice at breakfast. Staff in all areas were extremely professional and welcoming. "

"The room did not had any toiletries but to request multiple times to get it delivered. "

"Great stay for a week in Goa. Arrived early, room wasn't ready (which was understandable!), returned after a walk & luggage was in the room. Staff were more than happy to assist with any request. Breakfasts were amazing. There were a couple of power cuts during my stay that was a bit annoying. Lucky the hotel has generators that kicked in after a few seconds!"

"Great service and Hotel - all rounder. Me and my wife were upgraded with no extra charge and in particular Avi was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. Food has a Buffett for breakfast and lunch which has a good variety."

"The stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. The pool and facilities were good. One area for improvement is probably the AC in the room. It could have been a bit more cold to make the sleep better."

"Felt like home - thank you for everything! I honestly felt so welcome from the very first moment from the hotel manager Jitu and his lovely team - like staying with kind friends rather than in a hotel. The room and bathroom where both clean and everything (also air-condition) functioning very well. I especially appreciated that all the furniture was made of solid wood, with each piece thoughtfully selected and designed - you can really feel the attention to detail that makes this a true design...
