"Everything great from arrival to check-out. After our smooth, friendly welcome we were taken to our lovely spacious premium suite room. As well as enjoying the most comfortable bed and softest fluffy towels we were able to look out on the beautiful gardens and pool area from our large balcony. The staff here are remarkable - every one has a smile for you, they combine efficiency with a warm comforting style from management to gardeners. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of tasty foods...

"Great stay for a week in Goa. Arrived early, room wasn't ready (which was understandable!), returned after a walk & luggage was in the room. Staff were more than happy to assist with any request. Breakfasts were amazing. There were a couple of power cuts during my stay that was a bit annoying. Lucky the hotel has generators that kicked in after a few seconds!"

"I stayed with my girlfriend for 6 days at the Lemon Tree Resort and we really enjoyed the time there. The room was very clean and well equipped, the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the resort is very good, very close to the main street but not noisy at all and 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. So, it´s a great place to stay!"

"Felt like home - thank you for everything! I honestly felt so welcome from the very first moment from the hotel manager Jitu and his lovely team - like staying with kind friends rather than in a hotel. The room and bathroom where both clean and everything (also air-condition) functioning very well. "I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a...
