"What a beautifully appointed boathouse! It exceeded our expectations in every way! Very clean, hosts quickly responded to our questions, and seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and special! Loved the led candles on the screen porch after dark, spacious living room/kitchen and master bedroom, just everything! We highly recommend a stay here!"

"Property was amazing. There was one towel looked out of place on hall shelf. There was a slight odor of cannabis when first entering. But, room deodorizer took care of it. Other than the towel and slight smell of cannabis, and having to leave the property Saturday at 11am the visit would have been a 10 all the way."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Central Albany home in Albany Georgia! It was the perfect home base for a special weekend filled with family bonding and celebration. We were in town for my graduation, and this cozy, clean, and well-equipped home made the experience even more memorable. The space was comfortable and welcoming—ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. Everything was just as described, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. "Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!"

"I cant say enough about this house. The pictures doesnt do it any justice. It is beautiful. Very clean smells amazing. The decor is superb. My family and i really enjoyed, the neighborhood is nice, friendly and safe. I will definitely stay again. The host is very thorough, i especially enjiyed the dining suggestions he pisted. "

"The best spot in Bainbridge! We came for the July 4th holiday and had a wonderful time! The house is set up nicely so there is a "quiet side" away from the family room if you need to take an afternoon nap. But my favorite part is getting to step right outside the door and onto the square. Take a stroll after dinner or sit in the park (and just pop upstairs when you need a potty break! lol) The host was so gracious and the communication was perfect. Thank you for a lovely weekend!"

"Stayed here with my husband and son while visiting family. Location was great, place was just like the pictures, and the host was great and responsive. Definitely plan on staying here again. "
