"The staff who checked me in was very nice. She was kind and patient. Experience changed when I was picking up my bags after I checked out. The staff was dismissive and distracted. At the end, he even spoke to me in Korean, and I'm not Korean. Room was very spacious but a bit dated. The sheets were heavily bleached and not the best quality. It is an OK place to stay for the conference which was helf there. But I'd recommend looking else where if you are on vacation. "
