"Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!"

"Reception was unattended, call button at the entry was helpful, but did not realise anyone was at deak till another customer arrived, would still be standing outside if not for other guest. Overall great location, walking distance from Casino and right across the road from the mall"

"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Being our second stay in the property, we expected another high quality experience and were not disappointed. The house was perfectly appointed for our requirements. A great location for our family, and close to supermarkets/The Base shopping. A couple of minor issues with the alarm code and missing cutlery were quickly resolved.
