  • Nuestra casa tiene una suite para invitados adjunta y se encuentra a dos minutos a pie del lago y del centro de Don Rowlands, Podium Cafe con licencia y rampa para botes. No puede acercarse. El alojamiento es un ala completa que tiene dos habitaciones con baño privado, una sala de estar y cocina que se abre a la cubierta con una barbacoa. Una habitación tiene una cama doble King y la otra tiene dos camas individuales king. Hay un sofá cama doble en el salón que nos permite dormir seis. Hay un inodoro y un lavabo separados, etc. Podemos organizar el transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta todas las atracciones turísticas de nuestra área, e. sol. Hobbiton, Cuevas Waitomo, Rotorua

We found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and our host was more than welcoming. We were supplied with breakfast which lasted the 4 mornings we were there. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is a great location for visiting Hobbiton and the Waitomo Glowworm Cave. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchenette and breakfast items were a great convenience, and the multiple outdoor patios were an added bonus. Across the lane was a lively lake and cafe. We would not hesitate to stay here again and was one of our favorite stays of the trip.

This is a beautiful slice of paradise. Judy and her husband were so welcoming and hospitable. It was very convenient home base for our visit to Hobbiton and Waitamo. We just wished we could stay longer!

Watershed was a really lovely place to stay - easy to find, calm, beautiful setting - and immaculately taken care of by the hosts. It's only a short drive from Cambridge and a great stepping stone for places like Rotorua, Waitomo and Hobbiton. Warmly recommended.

Property was amazing , clean , beautiful gardens and views and well stocked breakfast. hosts were accommodating and we were able to drop our bags off earlier to suit before heading to our event. Thank you highly recommended

Judy was a great communicater and the property was clean, comfortable and convenient. All linen and towels were provided and also coffee, tea, milk and breakfast.

Very accomodating

Our stay was a perfect location for a busy sporting weekend. Judy was lovely and accomodation when the boys needed to use the BnB for resting before their next challenge.
