"To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. "First floor was beautiful. Food was good. Third floor hallway was dark and dingy, every 3rd light was on. No ice machine just a red chair. Stains on walls. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Room was basically clean. NO HOT WATER!! House phone was dead, so no connection to front desk. Took a cold shower and checked out for 8am appointment."

"We were there for my daughters wedding. We had 10 people staying in 5 rooms and everyone agreed this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. Walk in shower had a sturdy built in pull out chair and both a hand held shower nozzle and an overhead shower nozzle. Helpful and friendly staff and Kelly was outstanding. The...

"This was definitely a no-frills stay, but overall, I was pleased. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows, window, air-conditioning and heating unit that worked, shower was hot, TV user-friendly, located in between a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Burger King. CONS: no elevator, no extras (things like blankets, hairdryer, iron), towels were very thin, mini-fridge did not work (I didn’t need it, so I didn’t complain), bathroom run-down/stained."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

The mattresses could use a refresh, but we managed to find more comfy spots towards the middle of the mattresses. We didn't take advantage of the amenities, as we got back to the room late each night and by the time we were up and out in the morning, breakfast was over. We will stay here again for future family visits."
