"We loved the unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue we had was for check in, we were supposed to receive an email with the code to the unit door. When we received the email, the code was not there. We messaged through the Avari app and received no answer at all. We called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 mins, we finally spoke with someone. She could not find a code to that unit at all. She eventually told us how to locate the keys to the unit which was successful....
