Este condominio ha sido completamente renovado! Pisos de madera en todas las áreas principales, baldosas en la cocina y el baño, y alfombras en el dormitorio. También tiene internet inalámbrico dentro del condominio para que pueda mantenerse en contacto mientras está de vacaciones. Debajo del mostrador lavadora y secadora. Relájese junto a la encuesta en el Tiki Bar o parasail o jet ski. Propiedad absolutamente hermosa, ¡las fotos realmente no le hacen justicia suficiente! Esta unidad se encuentra cerca del elevador, se encuentra justo encima de la piscina y ofrece hermosas vistas de la costa y puestas de sol increíbles. ¡Tienes que ver este! Los propietarios viven localmente y se enorgullecen de mantener su unidad en perfectas condiciones. Una visita obligada para los huéspedes de invierno.

Este condominio ha sido actualizado y todo ha sido cuidadosamente seleccionado por el propietario. Hay 1 dormitorio con una cama King size y un conjunto de literas en el pasillo. También hay un sofá cama doble desplegable. ¡La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas! ¡Incluso hay una nueva lavadora y secadora!

¿Alguien para nadar? Hay 2 piscinas olímpicas para los niños grandes y una piscina para niños para los más pequeños. También hay un bar tiki junto a la piscina y un snack bar con comida absolutamente fabulosa. Si lo que anhelas son helados o donas, también hay una tienda de helados y donas junto a la piscina. Déjame decirte que si nunca has tenido una dona de Krispy Kreme, entonces te espera un regalo (solo una nota al margen, consíguelos mientras están calientes).

Desde esta unidad del séptimo piso, te encantará la vista de las hermosas playas de polvo blanco desde el Balcón privado y, si estás con esa persona especial, hemos ordenado una hermosa puesta de sol solo para dos. First off check in said 3pm so I was there a little before 3 and they told me check in wasn’t until 5. The room was so nasty when we got in there I had my nephew for one day he was crawling around on the floor while I unpacked and his legs and feet was completely black from filth. So I went to Walmart and got a swiffer and the wet pads it took 4 wet pads to clean the living room floors. The hardwood was bubbled up in places the toilet paper holder was missing off the wall the ceiling fan in was not working due to the blade was falling off. Holes was busted in the doors and the mattress in the bedroom is completely worn out and junk you roll to the middle of the bed. I stay at the summit every year for 8 to 12 days every year and this was by far the worst experience ever.. the kitchen was not organized at all everything was just thrown everywhere. I messaged the host and never got a response. Very disappointed with my stay for the money spent.

Horribly Disappointed!! This was suppose to be time to relax and recharge with my daughter. Within 4 hours inside the condo my 20 year old daughter's feet were black from the filth on the floors. She washed her hands in the bathroom sink and the water backed up and was there for almost 2 days. There was mold on the shower curtain. It was just nasty. I when down stairs and I was told to contact the host...I contacted the host 3 times. Twice on the day we checked in and once the next morning. I still, to this day, have not received a reply or communication from him. Second day, the office downstairs gave me a number for maintenance and within 45 minutes someone was working on the issues. We finally decided to just leave because we felt like everything in the condo was nasty. What was SO disappointing was the lack of communication by the Host and the lack of CONCERN we were shown!! I would NOT recommend renting from this Host! I would NOT recommend this condo.

First problem was elavators, there are 4- one was broke all week, the other three were always packed and we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Description stated beach chairs were included so we didn’t bring them well they weren’t so that was $40 a day. Kitchen barely had anything to cook out of. We pulled the sofa bed out to find there was no linens in the condo for it. Dryer didn’t work so I messaged the host about that and the linens. Host had it taken care of BUT someone from the Summit just came in our condo without us there and without of knowing they were there which was frustrating. The dishwasher didn’t work, ice maker in fridge is really slow. Place was dirty and there was grease on the cabinets in the kitchen. Bed was old and had body imprints in it. The pool kept closing at 8pm which was annoying because the bar was open but we couldn’t swim. Lights worked fine which was their excuse. Needless to say we would never stay there again.

Checking in is a little crazy, and the elevators don’t all work. The pool closed at 7:30 pm due to a light issue which was a little disappointing. But overall we had a great stay! Also the dryer does not work we messaged about it but had to just air dry everything which was a little challenging but we made it work!

It was not clean and we did not have hot water only luke warm. The doors would not shut with out picking up on them and shoving. The bathroom door did not lock it was broken. Vrbo said they was going to give me a discount for all this inconvenience but they lied.

Location was great right by everything. Plenty of room for 3 adults & 2 kids 6&10 . Right on the beach with 2 nice size pools. Only improvement could be the elevators all should work and be air conditioned. Only one was working with no a/c

So to be perfectly transparent, we are not fans of staying in large condo buildings. We prefer smaller more secluded places. That being said this property is nice and the location to the water is great. The only reason we stayed here was because our original place got canceled 2 days before our trip. The unit was dirty. We had to wear our shoes or our feet turned black. There were not enough forks or spoons for 6 people. The washer leaked. The dryer got so hot after 20 minutes that there was steam billowing out of our clothes and the designs were melting off of the T-shirts. We were asked to sweep when leaving, which is totally fine, but there was no dust pan so we left a note next to the pile of dirt on the floor. The listing says it is 2 bathroom, but it is 1.5 bath. Nothing in the listing says that there is only 1 shower. The listing also says that it has been recently renovated, and I think that is definitely outdated. The sheet for the king bed would not stay on the bed no matter what we did and the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely flat. Positives: The kitchen sink is nice, there are a lot of utensils and cooking pans, the air keeps it very cool, the staff was very friendly, and there were nightly things going on by the pool. The fireworks for the week of the 4th were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed watching from the beach one night and our balcony the next.

Room always great. Elevator issues are every year and suck!!! Pool down due to water main break one day which sucked! Didn’t like the new check in deal where instead of our pool bracelets and parking pass being in room we had to go to office and pay another 20 dollars to get them.

Do yourself a favor and chose a different location - NOT Summit Beach Resort. Absolutely disgusting condo. The amount of filth and grim on everything was due to long term neglect of cleaning. This unit has NOT been upgraded or remodeled, as stated. Parking is also NOT included and we had to pay extra. I filled out the inspection upon arrival (provided pics too) and text management. I called and text multiple times during the stay and was told repeatedly that they would notify the appropriate departments or send someone to address the issues, to no avail. I messaged the host, Mark Perry, with no response. Was told by management co that ‘multipurpose cleaner was provided’ for our use. After 4 days of back and forth I contacted VRBO - the broken tv was finally replaced that day and housekeeping came to review our concerns, but still never cleaned. There is mold everywhere. The furniture is nasty dirty. We’ve stayed at PCB several times and never had issues like with this place. The elevators are horrible and are supposedly being renovated and/or replaced, but one of the maintenance men expressed his frustration about how one of the two non-operating elevators was one that was just replaced. According to Bay Co. PVA this host owns multiple units here and his wife is the HOA president. They also list under other business names - so be aware! It’s sad to see the complete disregard, considering their involvement.

The add for this property looked very nice and updated. Many things were broken or in disrepair showing a lack of maintenance. The pocket door was off the track when we got there so no privacy between the bathroom & guest bath. Bedroom doorknob was very loose due to loose or missing screws. Fresh black mold greeted me when I opened the front load washer. It cleaned up fairly well with just paper towels. Used some Lysol wipes I brought to clean it better. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall first time we touched the paper. I brought spices to cook some fresh fish but all the pans and bakeware had peeling non stick coating & the cookie sheet was put away with what appeared to be burnt bread on it. I have seen nicer cookware & bakeware at the goodwill. Maintenance did come up and put the pocket door back on track so I was pleased about that. Lights over the kitchen sink flickered off and on, but the main overhead light worked. The appliances were fairly new so that was good. 4 slice toaster toasts in 2 slots & burns even on lowest setting for the other two slots. Had to clean the coffee maker out. Appeared to have mold in the water tank. Rust in the microwave but it functioned well. Washer & dryer worked well. A longer shower curtain is really needed. Could barely keep water from going out due to it being so shortened due to the rod being put up so high. Mattresses were very soft & not comfortable. It’s not the worst unit I have stayed in, but it is far from the best. Needs repairs. Sliding glass door was hard to open & close & lock was a metal pin . Not as nice as I expected from the add.

This unit is in desperate need of a make over, the paint on the ceiling is pelling, door knobs falling off, dishes with chips, door facing falling off, tollet roll holder falling off, mattress completely worn out. Stove was dirty, and black, lights flickering on and off, scratch’s and Laing coming off dressers. As far as the summit, loved the beach access and pool and amenities. But room 720!! Was not pleased
