Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the secure garage with one parking space and additional room in the driveway. Please note, the owner’s car is parked on the other side of the secured parking. Check-in is available until 10 p.m., providing a smooth and flexible arrival.
Exploring Palm Cove is simple: stroll or cycle the beachfront esplanade, enjoy world-class dining, or head further afield. Car hire provides the most flexibility, though Sunbus offers regular services to Cairns and Port Douglas. Taxis and shuttles are also available.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
