"This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

"Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again."

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not...

"They never cleaned my room, we were there 4 days... Pools were never cleaned... Buffet was excellent.. "
