"Our 2 day stay was a disaster from the beginning. We arrived at 4:30 for a 4pm check in and there was line of people out of the door trying to check in. We left and came back at 7pm and I spoke to another guest who said they arrived at 4pm and got checked in at 5:30pm We stayed in the north tower of the hotel and the hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana. "Breakfast foot quality was fair. Room displayed on Expedia showed different room that what was provided. No table or kitchen. Pool staff was excellent. Patio had bird poop and was small. One water slide and one hot tub were not functional. Food in restaurant overpriced and only fair quality. "

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly.
