"Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. We even tried to book for the following bike...

"I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!"

"Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred.
