"Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain."

"Mold in bathroom; When we left for an afternoon, we got back to our room half redone- one bed was made but the other was not; trash had been taken out of the bathroom but not the bedroom; the coffee items and condiments had not been cleaned up, but some of our items were moved. It was unusual. Staff was welcoming, but overall quality of the property was lower considering the price. View of the beach was nice. It's in a good location but I will not stay here again; price does not match quality. "

"Great location, right on the boardwalk within walking distance to food, entertainment & attractions. On-site bar at the pool with seating to see the ocean. Drinks were good. Clean room with full refrigerator, stove, utensils, dishes, pots & pans for cooking. Table & chairs in room to eat at. Bed was very comfortable. Oceanfront room with balcony view of pool & ocean. Check-in was quick & easy. Parking is across the street, no long walk, literally across the street from the hotel. 2nd time...

"I love having my own space, especially with my dog. They were okay with her barking during the day and when I would stay at the resorts they would call or text me to come get her even though she was doing what dogs do. The staff were very sweet and got us anything we needed. The cottages do not have an ocean view but it is one block from it. The only thing that frustrated me were the televisions. There were 2 remotes for each TV and we never could figure out the living room TV. Even with help!"

"This is an incredibly well designed and maintained property with great oceanfront views and enough room and privacy to allow a family with kids to share a room and still get sleep or be awake without getting in each others’ way. Room layout puts the bath and kitchenette between the bedroom and sleeper sofa area with view of the ocean, and it just really worked out well. Spotless lobby, exercise room and pool off the lobby not tucked in a creepy basement so great for female travelers. Breakfast...

"We stayed at this property two times in a week in our way south. The first time was good. The room was fine breakfast was good. Good location. The second time the room was a problem. The sheets were not clean. I called the front desk and they moved us which was fine but now we will not stay again. Very leery of the housekeeping."

"The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom.
