I had a partial Ocean view. It was still beautiful.
I booked this hotel for an easy weekend for a family event. I booked this specifically for the tubs, the valet parking, and for the big fancy suite.
I was very excited checking in and wanted to look at the spa. After arriving into our hotel room, my excitement dwindled.
Housekeeping had left rags in the room. They were stains in the kitchen. My pillows had black stains on them that I did not see until after I had slept on them.
The valet could have been practical. The guys were amazing. They were the highlight of the stay. They were so kind. However, how the valet system is managed probably needs an upgrade. It was not efficient.
Using the chat feature with the front desk was frustrating. I did end up speaking with a manager as I checked out. She was very kind and said they would look into all these issues. I booked their Expedia so I did not expect anything extra from them.
I also went in January so off-season is a real thing, hopefully they will have everything ready for this summer.
