"Family friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. "Location as absolutely wonderful. The hotel overall was a great place. It was very clean. Check in was easy. Check out as easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators were a little slow but I know that’s to be expected during peak times and only having two elevators. The parking lot/garage was a little bit confusing on the where to find both parking lots and the garage but we found it. Would defiantly recommend to anyone and will definitely book again for future trips! "

"Didn’t like the congestion in the loading / unloading area. Didn’t like the parking options. Street, public, valet. The valet was the best of the 3 choices I mentioned but expensive and had to deal with the congestion in the loading / unloading area almost every time you requested your vehicle. Hotel, EXCELLENT! Parking, not so much…."

"The beds were supper comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Loved how it was right by broadway at the beach all we had to do was walk out the hotel and we were right there"

"Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. "

"I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool...

"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
