"This is such a great spot for a weekend stay in Burlington! It is so close to Church St with many shops and bars to stop in along the way. The apartment itself was so clean and had everything we needed! The parking was really easy which was a plus, and the bed was so comfortable!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!! "

"We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay. "

"House was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. 10min walk to downtown was just enough to not be right in with the crowds. Made friends with the neighbor who had a cute dog! Will definitely book with Stephanie again! :)"

"Perfect accommodations for a girls weekend! The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Great location to visit Church St., and other Burlington sights. Close to train station and airport. Centrally located, steps away from UVM, but quiet. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!!"

"This is the coziest little house in the perfect location in Burlington. Walkable to everything you want to see. The property owners keep their house well stocked so you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation!"

"We stayed two nights so our daughter could tour the University of Vermont. The property is unit 4 of a multifamily, but we didn't see or hear anyone else - other than cars in the driveway. Parking is a little tight if you have more than 2 cars, but we didnt have an issue. Don't judge the exterior too harshly if you look at google maps, the interior is well kept and recently renovated. The property is in an older part of Burlington, lots of college rentals and quite a melting pot. Lots of...

"Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! "We had a great stay at the Art Studio apartment. Check-In was very simple and easy. We had convenient access to store our bikes. The laundry facility was equipped with some detergent and access to some paper products. The kitchen was fully equipped with a nice refrigerator and freezer, microwave, glasses and dishes, silverware, as well as other conveniences that were very thoughtful. Bedroom and bathroom perfect. We were very comfortable and would absolutely plan to stay at this apartment again....
