"It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. "

"We loved our stay. Easy to access, walkable to the Hollywood Walk of Fame area, washer/dryer in unit as well as full sized frig and microwave in a large kitchenette, lovely pool area and offices and meeting table where I could go to do some work away from the room. There was safe parking- it is a little tight, but worked fine. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Gilmore is a Queen space that feels like a cottage or a small home. It’s definitely a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want somewhere that’s clean.. they could improve on accessibility and keeping the common area more organized and clean. "

"We had a great experience at Kasa Sunset. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the communal laundry room available for use by the customers for free. "Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%"

"It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) . "

"Let me start by saying that I loved my stay. The boat is cozy and comfortable but you need to brace yourself for some quirks:1. No bathroom on the boat. For restroom or shower, walk around 100 yards.2. The bathrooms that are available are in disrepair. They were mostly clean but were in need of plumbing repair. There seems to be construction going on to improve this, hopefully it'll be good by the time you rent.3. The checkin process (getting keys and such) is slightly convoluted.4. You...

"Great place, location is perfect walking distance to Hollywood strip, food and grocery shop. Skip all that LA traffic. Quiet, family friendly. Property management are helpful and have great communication."
