"Took the fam on a Universal Studios getaway—me (resident dad and snack carrier), my wife (planner, packer, and voice of reason), our son (energy level: Hulk mode), and his aunt (aka the cool one with all the theme park hacks). "Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! "

"Enjoyed our 3-day stay here! Very close to the beach and loved having access to equipment in the hotel basement, which guests could borrow (boogey boards, chairs, buckets and spades.. ). Although the property is right on the boardwalk, our suite faced the back and we had no issues with noise. Air con in the suite meant we didnt have to open windows, which helped with the noise too. Yes, there are issues with homelessness in the area but never felt unsafe or antagonistic. Another fantastic perk...

"I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"

"We had a great stay! The property was super spacious and had plenty of room for a large group. The host communicated well and it was easy to access. Walkable for food, groceries, etc. Nice rooftop balcony and patio area in the 1st floor. Would definitely stay again! "

"Gut gelegene Wohnung in Hollywood. Es war sauber und funktional, einzig die Kommunikation ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. An der Tankstelle um den Block gibt es einen super Mex Foodtruck, sehr empfehlenswert. Im Moment ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle, die haben wir aber nur morgens gehört.
